Nitto RM-014 'Dirt Drop', ancestor of every off road drop bar of the last couple of decades. 

Pay close attention to the flats, however - Nitto have reintroduced this most requested of all styles with a 31.8mm oversize clamp.

Drop Bar Sizes are based on the measurement between the bar ends, centre to centre. 

Because of the flare on the ends, the brake hoods will be closer than the nominal size of the bar. In other words, for a 52 cm bar the brake hoods will end up about 46 cm apart.
