Vintage oil on canvas textured painting townscape. Signed and painted by Emil this piece of art is titled as " The Three Partners". It depicts three men in a meeting in the street as an almost casual unintended parley, one in a white scarf reading a broad sheet as the other two are discussing business. Impressionistic in style the subtle tones suggest a muted conversation in a sullen place with only subtle colors or red in a jacket, green in pants along with the vibrant white in the center of the picture. This appears to be painted anywhere from the 1920's to the 1940's judging by the clothing and style.

Stretcher frame is marked for Anco bilt co Glendale, NY.
